1.
Preference for Cultivation shall be given
on first come first served basis.
2. A minimum of 5 acres land is required
for Noni cultivation Programme.
3. Cultivation shall be allowed in the own
land only. Incase of ancestral property,
legality should be established as per the
revenue rules.
4. Preference shall be given to those who
are having adequate Irrigation sources.
5. The cultivator shall procure the
planting material from our State Regional
Noni Research and Training Centres (NRTC).
6. The programme cost is Rs.15,800/- per
acre.. (Excluding labour and manure costs)
7. INCC Agricultural Officer shall visit
the land and give Technical guidance
regarding Noni Cultivation apart from
practical training to the Cultivators at
our regional Noni Research and Training
Centre. Cultivators shall get the benefit
of choosing Network Farming .
8. The Cultivator has to fill the
registration cum booking form and remit
Rs.5000/- per acre to the company as
advance / commitment fee for the programme.
9. On remittance of the advance commitment
fee, the council will undertake the
feasibility study for Cultivation. If
found not feasible, the advance taken will
be returned after deducting the actual
cost of TA & DA expenses incurred .
10. The Cultivator shall pay the balance
programme cost of Rs.10,800/- per acre,
within 60 days on receipt of acceptance
letter and procure the planting material
and other inputs from our regional Noni
Research and Training Centre.
11. INCC shall supply the planting
material within 30 days after the final
payment is made.
12. If the Cultivator wishes to avail the
bank finance, INCC shall provide the
project report at a charge of Rs.2000/-
per project.
13. Acceptance and selection of the
project shall be at the sole discretion of
the INCC.
