1. Click on the Support Center Link after you login to your Service Section.
2. Enter your user Name and password.
3. Click Login.
4. In the First screen you can able to see TT raised by you and also the Closed TT.
5. If you want to raise a new TT Click on Raise New TT.

6. You can select the Service and it’s category.
7. Type your request title.
8. And select Request Type.
9. Type your Queries.
10. If you want to attach a file for reference click on Browse and attach a file.
11. Click on Add TT.
12. Now you can view your TT Queries in the first window by click on Back button.
13. You can see what is the TT queries raised and closed TT Queries.
14. Click on Show all Queries.
15. You can find all the TT Queries you have been raised.
16. You can also view the Status of the TT Queries.
17. If you want to view the solution for the TT Queries click on the TT Number (or) Title of

      the TT Query.

18. You can give the TT Number as reference to HO.
