Sri Lanka is the Paradise for Dances!

All the delegates of ‘45th World Congress of Integrated Medicine’ held at Colombo, Sri Lanka were offered a special treat for our eyes with some scintillating dance sequences of traditionally rich Sri Lanka. The music was melodious, the dances were rhythmic and the dancers were gorgeous!

There were more than 30 dance sequences the entire event, during the inaugural session, inaugural dinner party at the open beach house, convocation ceremony at Hotel Mount Lavenia, Concluding Ceremony at Hotel Inter Continental and of course during the Gala Dinner of Divine Noni Family at Hotel Cinnamon Grand.

Well-toned slim dancers, ever glittering costumes, which were never repeated for a second time, perfectly smiling facial expressions from every dancer and a out of the world synchronization of the dance troop was an absolute feast to our eyes. Every participant was stunned with these extra-ordinary dance sequences blended with soothing traditional-cum-modern fusion music and songs of Sri Lanka.

It was a pleasant surprise for all of us to discover the vast talent of dances in our sister country Sri Lanka! We look forward to catch up these dances next year!

What else can we say apart from a humble ‘Stuti’ (Thank You in Singhalese) for all the entertainment that was provided to us?

All participants of the ‘45th World Congress of Integrated Medicine’ were in for a pleasant surprise when it was announced that Dr. Tom and Dr. Janet would deliver a special training session exclusively for Divine Noni Family Members.

Hotel Cinnamon Grand, one of the most exotic hotels on the shore of Indian Ocean in Colombo was the perfect venue for this training session. The occasion was nothing but the ‘Gala Dinner Party hosted by our Beloved Chairman’ to honor each and every family member of Divine Noni Family.

Training session by Dr. Janet Wu started at 10 pm and she spoke on ‘How eat and drink properly. Her tips were extremely useful. Dr. Tom Wu then took over and explained on ‘what to eat and what not to’ in his own unique style and imparted extremely vital information on food. The training session went on till 2 am in between scintillating dances from Sri Lankan beauties.

In his concluding message Prof. Dr. P I Peter made a strong request to all of us to take care of our health well by living what is taught by both trainers, which in fact also would be the right way of expressing our sincere gratitude to Dr. Tom and Dr. Janet for showing special love towards Divine Noni Family.

Well, our Chairman could not have hosted a better ‘Gala Dinner’ with an extremely juicy, spicy and nutritious serving by Dr. Tom and Dr. Janet Wu. His commitment towards our well being is far stronger than any one of us!

For extra-ordinary Participation in World Congress

It is no secret that Divine Noni Family was, is and always will be different! This fact was proved once again during the 45th World Congress of Integrated Medicine held from 11-13th of November 2007 at Colombo, Sri Lanka.

All 75 proud delegates of Divine Noni Family were appreciated for their professional business attire, disciplined participation and of course punctuality.

All delegates were dressed in bright white shirt, black coat, red Noni tie, Green Noni badge, black Noni hand band, black shoes and black socks and the ‘World Congress’ badge with a special ‘Noni Smile’. However the star attraction was our special Divine Noni Cap that was specially designed for this event. Anyone could spot a fellow Divine Noni Family member anywhere in the crowd, as it was easy for us to identify. Our International colleagues lovingly referred to us as ‘Noni Man’ and ‘Noni Woman’.

Divine Noni Family members were also to reach the venue first, occupy front seats, sit together as a unit, applaud the speakers/presenters with Divine Noni claps and occasionally also a ‘Ho.. Ho… Ha.. Ha… Ha..” appreciation. It was also a unique opportunity to make friends at the international level as all of us interacted with delegates from various countries and exchanged views on various matters.

Interestingly, who can beat us when it comes to dancing? Well, we were the first to start and the last to stop! Such was the energy of Divine Noni Family!

For all those, who could not make it to Colombo this time, please do not envy us! Take your chance in the coming International events and have a blast!

45^th World Congress at Colombo, Sri Lanka

 Dr. Rangadhar Satapathy, winner of ANNFA 2007 award for the ‘Outstanding Wellness Campaigner’ award had the special privilege of presenting his scientific paper during the 45^th World Congress of Integrated Medicines held at Colombo, Sri Lanka organized by the Medicine Alternative (MA).  

Dr. Rangadhar Satapathy presented his paper on ‘Effects of Divine Noni in in Spondylotic Myelopathy and presented his research findings on how Divine Noni effectively work on this disease. Dr. Satapathy won appreciation for his well-documented presentation. 

Also, Dr. D P Acharjya took this opportunity to introduce Morinda citrifolia and present the health benefits of Divine Noni. Dr. Sudhanshu Tripati made a brief presentation on the 10 commandments of Wellness on behalf of World Wellness Forum. All in all, it was a well representation from Divine Noni Family, which created a long lasting impact on the dignitaries and delegates from across the world!

Elevated to Knighthood Commander

Here is the good news for all of us at Divine Noni Family!

Our beloved Chairman Prof. Dr. Sir P I Peter, who had received the prestigious ‘Knighthood’ Award during the International Congress of Integrated Medicine in Malaysia earlier this year, has now been elevated as the ‘Knight Commander’ title, during the 45^th World Congress of Integrated Medicine of Medicina Alternativa , held at Colombo, Sri Lanka from 11-13^th November 2007.

Knighthood title is given to only those who have put together some exceptional work in a specific field and to those who are recipients of Honorary Doctorate award from Medicina Alternativa. Among the ‘Knight’s select few are promoted to ‘ Knight Commander’ title for their commitment, dedication and contribution. Our Chairman has achieved both this feat within a short span of time i.e. in the same year (2007) for his outstanding contribution in the field of Wellness and Well-being. Being a ‘Knight Commander’ entitles him to recommend outstanding achievers for the ‘Knight Title’ purely on merit of their work.

It was truly a moment of pride for all the delegated of Divine Noni Family in Colombo, Sri Lanka to witness this great ceremony of our mentor being elevated to this title.

All the participants of ‘NONI SEARCH 2007’ were in for a pleasant surprise when His Excellency Shri Surjit Singh Barnala stopped in between his ‘Inaugural Address’ when reading the specific text of ‘How Divine Noni Can help people’, and went on to share passionately and from his heart as to how using ‘Divine Noni’ helped him personally in getting rid of his arthritis.

A young man of 82 years, walked straight on to the stage without any support, delivered the ‘Inaugural Address’ without any discomfort and provided an authentic testimony for participants.

Thrilling Experience of 45^th World Congress of Integrated Medicine, Colombo, Sri Lanka
It was awesome! It was incredible!
Our experience was simply out of the world!

November 10th to 15th of 2007 was yet another important milestone for Divine Noni Family in our mission of spreading Wellness to global masses. Our participation in the 45th World Congress of Integrated Medicine held at Colombo, Sri Lanka not only helped each and every one of us to re-affirm our commitment to Divine Noni Family but also helped us put our mission on perspective in front of a global audience, which was highly appreciated.

Here is a brief report of our eventful tour. Read, enjoy and get inspired!

We, the privileged delegates of Divine Noni Family, gathered at the International Airport of Chennai at 9 am on the 10th of November 2007. We were a large contingent of 79 people lead by our beloved chairman Prof. Dr. P I Peter along with 3 support staff and 75 delegates. Needless to say we were full of excitement, energy and smiling as always, looking forward to this great event.

After a quick alignment meeting and distribution of ‘Delegate Kit’ at Chennai airport, we took the big leap of 90 minutes to Sri Lanka by IC 573 at 12 noon and stepped in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, experiencing the warmth of their hospitality. Our fun-loving tour guides welcomed their Indian brothers and sisters helping us taste the authentic delicious Indian Food at Hotel Sheetal Samudra, on our way to Galadari Hotel, where we stayed. Hotel Galadari is an exotic luxurious 5-Star Hotel and is located at less than 50 meters away from the ever-roaring waves of Indian Ocean next to the country’s Secretariat, which is a heavy-security area of the slightly politically turbulent Sri Lanka.

A traditional Sri Lankan welcome with ‘Ayubowan’ (means ‘Welcome’ in Sinhala Language) and a delicious welcome drink gave us enough ideas of the fun-filled time waiting for us in Sri Lanka. After settling down in cozy and elegant hotel rooms of Galadari, we assembled for an ‘Alignment Meeting’ at 7 pm in Noni Business Attire, spearheaded by our Chief Commander Prof Dr P I Peter. With full of energy the energetic troop was all set to make our Sri Lankan tour count, in terms of learning as well as fun! The special woolen caps made for the event drew attention of everyone in Sri Lanka.

On 11th November, after breakfast, we went for a city tour learning the genesis and history of Sri Lanka and its present economic and political situation. It was a matter of pride for all of us that all Sri Lankan people regard India as their Mother Country and follow our culture, dress, food and movies closely.

At 2 pm we reached Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), the prestigious conference venue for the Grand Inaugural Session of the 45th World Congress of Integrated Medicine of Medicina Alternativa (Alma Ata 1962), affiliated to The Open International University for Complimentary Medicines (OIUCM). The dais was full of dignitaries and VIPs of the Complimentary Medicine from all over the world, Knight commanders, knights, doctors, management of Medicina Alternativa University, Ministers of the Government of Sri Lanka along with the First Lady of Sri Lanka.

Prof Late Anton Jayasuriya, the founder and two other co-founders of Medicina Alternativa were fondly remembered by 2 minutes of silence. Prof. Dr. Geetanjan Mendis, the present chairman of Medicina Alternativa delivered welcome address, presented the wonderful work of Medicina Alternativa and briefed about the congress. The external affairs minister of Sri Lanka read out the message from the His Excellency President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapaksha. Chief trustee of Medicina Alternativa Prof. John Jayasuriya, spoke on the occasion. The event started with the National Anthem of Sri Lanka and had traditional dances depicting the local music, culture and costumes. The day ended with a fun-filled grand ‘Inaugural Dinner Party’ at the Hotel Haus Chandra an open beach of Indian Ocean with music and dance.

On 12th & 13th of November, eminent researchers and practitioners of complimentary medicine from Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Kashmir, China, Malaysia, Iran, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Austria, Iran, UK, Australia, USA and many more countries presented as many as 70 scientific papers on a wide array of subjects. A Chairman supported by a panel of co-chairmen conducted each session. On behalf of Divine Noni Family, Dr. Rangadhar Satapathy presented his scientific paper on how Noni works in Spondylotic Myelopathy! Dr. D P Acharjya briefed the gathering about the wonderful health benefits of Noni and Dr. Sudhanshu Tripati presented the 10 commandments of Wellness Lifestyle.

12th of November 2007 was a historic day for as many as 27 Top Wellness Warriors of Divine Noni Family. The Senate and the Board of Directors of Medicina Alternativa (Alma Ata 1962) affiliated with The Open International University for Complimentary Medicines (OIUCM) awarded the Doctor of Honors (Wellness and Well Being) award to 27 deserving Wellness Warriors of Divine Noni Family (Read list of awardees separately in Noni News). The ‘Award Ceremony’ was held at one of the Exotic Heritage Hotels, the Mount Levinia , a luxurious location followed by diner party clubbed with traditional Sri Lankan music and dance.

The closing ceremony was held at 5 pm on 13th November 2007 at BMICH. Everyone involved in organizing this Grand International World Congress were felicitated and thanked. Many accolades were given to the deserving personalities. Our beloved chairman was especially thanked and honored for his proactive participation in the World Congress. The event was concluded with a dinner party in Hotel Inter Continental, yet another exotic 5 Star Hotel of Sri Lanka.

On 14th November Divine Noni Family delegation left for a field workshop and visited Tea Plantation, Mountain View and the various other properties of Medicina Alternativa. This was a wonderful experience as we could see the scenic greenery of Mother Nature full of life everywhere. With a bit of trekking, swimming and bus drives across Sri Lanka, it was truly a fun-filled day! At 9 pm we gathered in the Cinemon Grand Hotel , one more breath taking luxurious 5-star Hotel of Sri Lanka for a special gala dinner celebration hosted by our beloved chairman in appreciation of our extra-ordinary participation. All participants shared their views on how they were immensely influenced, inspired and benefited by participating in the world congress. It was difficult for us to stop our excitement.

To put icing on the cake, we were extremely fortunate to receive a special training from Dr. Dame Janet Wu from USA on ‘How to Eat & Drink’ while Dr. Tom Wu trained us on ‘Medicine without Medication’. It was an exclusive session conducted by them till 2 am of 15th November 2007. All of us felt we could go on and on, as the information was so useful and vital.

After a short morning shopping spree on 15th November, we finally said goodbye to Sri Lanka with a heavy heart. It was the first International Trip to many and an exciting opportunity for all of us to meet wonderful people form across the world and get exposed to their language, culture and lifestyle.

Colombo will remain in our hearts forever! It was not just a foreign trip but much beyond that! The time spent in Colombo with committed Noni Family Members will truly be a lifetime opportunity!

IT WAS 8 AM-8 AM
NONSTOP COACHING! NON-STOP LEARNING!!

Noni Family Wellness Program is all about learning new things in many different exciting ways! From the reactive ‘Health Care’ industry to the proactive ‘Wellness’ industry, it was a learning experience all the way for all of us! While we have accepted the challenge of spreading wellness to every section of the society, Noni Family had a surprisingly adventurous and a unique way of learning through 8AM – 8 AM NONSTOP Training Program on 29th & 30th of October 2007 in Chennai. Our coach Prof. Dr P I Peter was truly unstoppable!

Despite unseasoned heavy rains and auto rickshaw strike in the city, more than 300 Wellness Worriers of Noni Family had flocked in to the Chennai Trade Center (training venue) as early as 6 am. By 8 am the doors were closed and every participant was ready to begin the journey of life-education.

The extra-ordinary training event started with a powerful session on the ‘7 Laws of Nature’ as a foundation to the workshop. After this, Prof. Dr. P I Peter delivered a powerful workshop on ‘Living Your Vision’, session by session, with individual sharing by participants in between. All were so engrossed in the training that it was unknown as to how 24 hours passed! It felt great and every participant was enriched by the tremendous contribution of our coach in creating and living a new vision for our life.

Getting into a training hall with no wristwatches (with no time distractions) and no cell phones (with no distraction of the outside world) was an experience of a lifetime! Moreover, living every moment in the environment of wellness by eating vegetables and fruits and drinking plain water and Noni Juice along with ‘Special Smoothie’ (a very rich, nutritious, multi vegetable-cum-fruits paste-like preparation that includes seeds and skin) were moments to cherish!

Every participant was happy to receive loads of gifts by way of ‘Business Tools’ (Brochures, Books, CDs etc) and felt victorious on the successful completion of 24 hours of NONSTOP training! The event effectively ended at 9 am! It was in fact 25 hours of marathon learning and none of the participants were willing to leave the mesmerizing environment of divine energy and vision! It simply felt great! Looking back all would cherish this vibrant training event!

All of us need to understand that the Divine Noni is a Divine Product and it should not be sold below the MRP of Rs.1,175/- for 800 ml and Rs.587.5 for 400 ml. By underselling the Divine Noni, you are doing harm to the Divine Noni and to the Noni Family.

Those who undersell the Divine Noni are under valuing the powers of Divine Noni. This is not acceptable by the Noni Family.

Strict action will be taken on those who indulge in such activity by suspension of the distributorship account leading to termination of the distributorship after due process of disciplinary procedure
