Step 1 : Go to Services
Step 2 : Click on ID Card
Step 3 : Type your Username and Password
Step 4 : Click Print ID Card
You must follow the below settings from the Internet Explorer to get proper and quality printout
1. Your Name should not exceed 27 characters
2.Click on view
>> Click Text Size
>> select smaller
3. Your printer setting to be set to Maximum Dpi
