15 Aug 2006 was a memorable day for the Indian Noni Army. All of the commanders and captains, present during the Awake India Revolution not only witnessed a series of spectacular events throughout the day but also many outstanding performers out of them were felicitated for their Dedicated Service rendered to Empower India Movement and Indian Noni Family!
The award named the ‘Dedicated Service Award’ was presented in the presence of more than 150 special invitees from across the country. Each and every one appreciated the service rendered by them whole-heartedly.
The award–giving ceremony was a memorable event as INA Commander-in-chief Prof. Dr. P I Peter felicitated each and every award winner by garlanding and then by handing over a beautiful world-class trophy that had his or her name etched on it. There were as many as 35 Dedicated Service Award Winners! Stan Serrao, general of Indian Noni Army anchored the ceremony!

Come June and it is celebration time for the Empowerment India Movement and the entire Noni Family across the nation! Come on and all… let us really celebrate our success!!
We have received numerous reports of our anniversary celebration from all over India and we thank each one of you for marking this special occasion and celebrating! We are sure, the celebration would continue till the month end as the MEGA ANNIVERSARY OFFER is keeping all of us smiling!
Meanwhile, the Indian Noni Army celebrated the 5th anniversary of our organization on Friday, 8 July 2006, here at Chennai. The occasion also marked to celebrate the grand success of Trainers Training
Program (TTP) at Trang, Thailand and the evening was memorable for every member of Indian Noni Amy.

The celebration started with a Warm Anniversary Welcome while our Chairman Prof. Dr. P I Peter formally inaugurated the Anniversary Celebration by lighting the Special ‘New Life’ Candle of
Trang, Thailand followed by TTP Sharing by all the Support Staff. Dr. R. L Nayyar was specially acknowledged and thanked for his incredible contribution in making TTP at Trang a huge success by being the main architect, for all arrangements.
A special Handbook for Noni Army members was then released and Contribution Appreciation Certificates (CAP) were distributed to the deserving volunteers. New Noni Army inductions - INCC Chief Dr. Abu Saleh and Noni Business Academy Chief Mr. Stan Serrao were introduced. All Noni Army Members were given anniversary gifts, followed by a grand Anniversary Dinner. |

Honorary Doctorate Awarded
To 4 Commanders of Indian Noni Army
Four commanders of Indian Noni Army were awarded the prestigious Honorary Doctorate Award of the Open International University for Complementary Medicines of Colombo, Sri Lanka during the 5th Anniversary celebration of Empowerment India Movement and Indian Noni Family, held here at Chennai.
Commander Kala, Commander Manju Kamath, Commander Shenbagam Balaji and Commander Devi were the deserving beneficiaries of this reputed honor. They were awarded this honors for their extra-ordinary contribution in the filed of Health and Social Care Services.
The Award was presented by Dr. R.L. Nayyar, New Delhi, an integral part of our organization to all the beneficiaries, in a glittering ‘Doctorate Awarding Ceremony’ along side our beloved Chairman Prof. Dr. P I Peter/ Chairman first read out the certificates in front of an elated Indian Noni Army members, followed by garlanding and presenting this ‘Once in a Life Time Award’ for each commander.
Empowerment Program
& Anniversary Celebration
Of Indian Noni Army (Product Division)
All the Members of the Indian Noni Army (Product Division) underwent a special one-day Empowerment Program conducted by our Chairman Prof. Dr. P I Peter on 9th of July 2006 right from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. More than 200 INA Volunteers participated who were immensely benefited from this amazing program.

This Empowerment Program was a part of the ongoing monthly Volunteer (Staff) Training Program. However, it proved to be a Special one as it was clubbed with the 5th anniversary celebration. The daylong program provided great insights about the vision of life, Creative Energy and Teamwork to the volunteers by powerful training sessions by our coach. In the evening Anniversary Celebration, the ‘New Life’ candle was lit spreading the spirit of New Life for each and every volunteer followed by anniversary gifts and awarding CAP (Contribution Appreciation Program) certificates. |

For Staff Members of Noni Family Members only
Great news to everyone in the Noni Family.
Here is an opportunity for you to fulfill your dreams to achieve success in your life, for you to create wealth and for you to show who you are.
This in an opportunity of the life time for you to realize your true potential and build a strong foundation and future for your family.
From April 1st 2006 onwards, the Noni family will recognize your contribution and will award points for every hour of your service. Those who have served Noni family for more than 100 days are eligible to participate in Contribution Appreciation
Program called CAP in short.
Every individual in the Noni family starts earning points from 101st day of joining the service.
For every hour of your service to the Noni family you will be awarded one point. Your awarded points will be accumulated and for every 200 points you achieve, you will be presented with a CAP certificate in the monthly empowerment training session.
If an individual contributes in an extraordinary way to the Noni Family he/she shall be recognized with Green Ribbons.
You can earn additional 100 bonus points for every green ribbon you achieve and similarly you can loose 200 points for every red ribbon you receive.
At the end of the year, you will be allotted shares in the company based on the points earned by you in the CAP.
The Noni family will allot every year considerable amount of profit towards CAP fund. The CAP committee will be formed in the corporate center of Noni Family and the committee will decide about the allotment of shares to you at the end of the year.
Contribution Appreciation Program is a voluntary program for self empowerment and financial development of Noni family members. It is an independent social
program for improving the quality of life and life style of Noni family members. It is a not part of your employment. This
program is offered to Noni family members who want to succeed in life through their participation in the Trainings, Workshops and practice the values of quality living including using Noni for personal health and well-being.
It is a parallel social action program not connected with your salary, OT, PF, ESI, Bonus and allowances etc. you may earn. Every member who wishes to participate in the CAP shall fill in the prescribed application form and submit to the Noni family Chairman expressing your willingness to learn, grow and succeed in life by following the Noni Family Success System.
CAP offer is open to all members of the family equally in the offices, units and fields irrespective of position, experience and status.
Participation in this program is out of your free will and choice.
This is my personal offer to all Noni Family members out of my love, care and concern and your future. This offer is given to you to succeed in life by continuous on going participation and create a future of happy, healthy and wealthy life.
