Saturday for the sales happened from Sunday to
Friday to the warehouses. This will enable us for
timely activation and commission payments to

their Distributors for timely activation of their

Offer Packs for initial investment of DSP’s:
DSPs will get 50% offer packs and 50% regular packs
for initial purchase of DSPs.
DSPs can order for stock for offer packs as per
their requirements. Warehouses will be delivering
offer packs as per DSP’s order after receipt of the
payment. It is DSP’s responsibility to submit
support sales documents for offer packs sold, i.e.
Invoices and Distributor Orders for new joinings,
and five star orders with print out with bar code as
per Company’s announcements from to time for offer
packs.
If DSPs fail to submit support sales documents for
the offer packs sold by them Company will take
action on the DSP including closing of the DSP. |

Warehouses are instructed to deliver offer packs as
per DSP’s order after receipt of payment and keep
records of offer packs delivered to each DSP.
Warehouse Managers are required to check sales
documents submitted by DSPs for offer packs sold,
i.e. invoices and Distributor Orders for new joining
and five star orders with print out with bar codes
as per Company’s announcements from time to time for
offer packs. DSP Invoices for offer packs without
the above support documents should not be accepted
by the warehouses.
If any DSP fail to submit support documents for
offer packs invoices, the same should be reported to
Chennai office with details for suitable action on
the DSP. |

Only Online Forms will be accepted with immediate
effect.
Any Offline Forms received by Chennai office will be
summarily rejected and returned to Distributor Stock
Points. They will be processed only when proper Online
Forms are received.
All invoices must accompany Online Product Order Form
And Registration Form ( If applicable) along with its
payment.
Send your reports every week by Saturday with the
Invoice and DD. Forms and Invoices received late from stock point will
lead to delayed activation and commission payment to
Distributors.

All DDs and Invoices taken / made
up to 27 April 2006
are considered for the older pricing i.e. 2266.67 per
pack and ST 283.33 per pack. The company will bear the
balance amount.

Bookings / Requisitions / Online bookings without DD
taken or Invoices made before 27 April 2006 are NOT
eligible for 2550/- rate. They will be charged @ 3195/-
only.

Alteration of the above cut off date is NOT POSSIBLE
or NOT ENTERTAINED.

All Stock Points will receive Packs / BTP as demanded
but @ 2840/- and 1450/- for the DDs taken on or after 28
April 2006. The Shortage in amount will be paid by the
Stock Points along with their next demand grace period
for this provision for the DDs received by the Co., is
extended up to 2nd May 2006.

All Stock Points will remain to enjoy Rs. 55/- per
pack and 2% for the Kit / BTP for the packs sold from
the month of April 2006.

Octroi Charges applicable courier charges and DD
Commission charges will be reimbursed along with
Commission charges for the Packs & BTPs sold on
monthly basis. The calculation will be based on invoices
received and receipts / challans for reimbursement
received up to 5th of every month. Invoices and receipts
/ Challans received after 5th of the month will be paid
in the successive month.

Sales Tax amount Rs. 355/- is to be charged from the
Distributor and Tax is to be paid as usual. Challans for
the same are to be sent to the Co. every month. Form-F
also is be submitted accordingly Evasion / Delay payment
of Tax is punishable. Noni Family Business will not be
responsible for the penalty levied for the delay or
non-payment of Tax.

The Initial Investment amount remains Rs. 50000/- or
in multiples and will be supplied with 12 packs & 5
BTP, for 50000/- for the DDs drawn on or after 28 April
2006.

No advance payments to be accepted by DSPs
Company will not be responsible for Distributors making
payments to DSPs without getting delivery of products. Violations or complaints on above matters will be dealt
with very seriously and action will be taken to cancel
the DSP

You are requested to suspend sales for today only i.e.-
28th April 2006. Send the details of the invoice number and date of the
last invoice made. Send the stock position of 400 ml and
800 ml available
with you at DSP. On receipt of your information and details the company
will instruct by email to start the sale with new price
structure. Sale made in the old price after the announcement of the
new tax structure revision will not be accepted and
activated (i.e.) from 6 am, 28th April 2006
Please note - All DSPs should communicate their email ID
and Mobile phone numbers to the company for future
communication.
All DSP’s are requested to co-operate fully for smooth
transition of the business.

Family Distributors and the DSP’s that we are going
appoint DSP-Delivery Centers in different cities in your
state for you to do the business faster and build a big
Noni business.
The purpose of DSP-DC is to enable the DSP’s to draw
their stock without time delay.
There will be one DSP-DC for each city and they will
only supply to DSP’s.
DSP Delivery Centers shall only collect money and
deliver the product with the invoice to the DSPs. DSP-DC
will not accept any distributors order or payment nor
distribute any product directly.

The investment criteria to start a DSP-DC is
Rs. 10 Lacks.

operate within the state

No Despatch
will happen from DSP-DC. There is only counter delivery.

who want door delivery must order directly from Chennai.
