FROM
‘STRONG &
POSITIVE PEOPLE’
OF ‘VISHWAS’,
INDORE (MP)
18 December 2007
was an absolutely a memorable day for
all of us at Divine Noni Family! What
we witnessed on this day was not only
heart touching but also something that
is absolutely unforgettable!
Our heartbeats
increased!!! Heavy tears rolled down
our cheeks!! It was truly emotional
and breathtaking!
A delegation of Divine Noni Family and
World Noni Research Foundation (WNRF)
headed by our Chairman Prof. Dr. P I
Peter and Chairperson Dr. Kirti Singh
visited ‘Vishwas”, a social service
organization that is dedicated to
rehabilitate the HIV infected people
of Indore and surrounding cities of
Madhya Pradesh, run by ‘Pavitra Atma
Sevika Sangh’ on 18 December 2007.
The delegation also included Dr. K V
Peter, Dr. Brahma Singh, Dr. Bhakshi,
Dr. G Sathish Kumar and Dr. N.
Murugesh of World Noni Research
Foundation (WNRF) along with leading
Wellness Doctors of Noni Family
Wellness Program and a few key
Wellness Campaigners of Indore city.
Sr. Jaisa Antony, the co-ordinator of
the Institute and Sr. Elsie, Head of
the Pavitra Atma Sevika Sangh of
Indore region were also on the dais.
As many as 80 ‘Positive (HIV Infected)
people including men, women and
children were present.
The program started with a beautiful
bhajan that lifted our spirits
followed by a warm welcome of all the
VIPs through bouquets. Sr. Jaisa
Antony welcomed the gathering once
again formally and presented a brief
report about ‘Vishwas’, its vision,
mission, objective, approach and the
service rendered and the role of
‘Divine Noni’ in helping these
‘Positive’ people recover from HIV
infection. She thanked the Divine Noni
Charitable Trust for supporting the
organization for providing Divine Noni
absolutely free of cost and requested
to continue its patronage to help
these poor and needy people.
The heart-touching experience was when
the actual ‘Positive’ people shared
their life story. All the ‘Positive’
people shared their personal life
story with so much of confidence,
happiness and courage that it was
absolutely impossible for us to
believe that they could be HIV
infected. Their face glittered with
joy, words flew fluently while they
showed no emotions of rejection,
failure or any kind of fear! All
‘positive’ people were so confident
that they expressed their commitment
to live a normal life with happiness,
enjoying each and every moment more
powerfully than a normal person. They
laughed, clapped, sang, recited poems
and shayrees and enjoyed each moment
forgetting their diseases. All of them
explained how Divine Noni helped them
in managing their CD4 count, body
weight and appetite and said that it
has helped them develop their energy
and immune system helping them live
life normally. They thanked Prof. Dr.
P I Peter for his research and
development of ‘Divine Noni’ and
thanked him for providing it to them
free of cost.
Dr. Kirti Sinh spoke on the occasion
and said that it was the first
instance of his illustrious career of
witnessing such a heart touching
sharing from ‘positive’ people. He
assured all support to ‘Vishwas’ on
behalf of WNRF.
Chairman Prof Dr P I Peter made the
whole group cheerful by extending our
love to the ‘Positive’ people by
exchanging ‘I Love You’ chants which
everyone appreciated and enjoyed! He
assured complete support from Divine
Noni Family and assured that we will
be there for them forever and
appreciated the service rendered by
the institute. He encouraged,
appreciated and congratulated each and
every positive person and their
commitment to live life powerfully and
coached them with many tips to live a
happy and powerful life. He also
distributed chocolates, Divine Noni
Soaps and many new products and
appreciated all. A financial
contribution collected on the spot
from Divine Noni Family leaders was
also presented to Sr. Jaisa as a token
of our appreciation and support.
Ms Jyoti, the counsellor of ‘Vishwas’
who anchored the whole program thanked
each and everyone. This extra-ordinary
experience of 3 hours came to an end
with a community lunch with the
positive people! It was a different
experience and something that touched
everyone’s heart!
All the HIV infected people were
referred as ‘POSITIVE’ people and it
was truly apt that that each and every
person was so positive about their
life that we found them truly
‘positive’!
