VARIOUS NONI APPLICATIONS NONI COMPRESSION

Select a compress pad (made up of gauge) large enough to cover the affected area. The gauge pad will need to be several layers thick to hold enough Noni juice. Pour 15ml Noni into a glass. It is sufficient for most 4``X 4`` gauge pads. Place the gauge pads in the Noni juice, and gently press down on the pad to help it to soak up all the liquid. Center the wet Noni pad over the affected area. Cover the compress with a polythene or plastic wrap. The polythene or plastic wrap will prevent from external evaporation and also to your clothing from being stained by any Noni that may leak out. Keep that compression fix over that area for minimum 1 hour till it gets dry. To do so use whatever material works best for the area of the body that is wearing the compress. For example try using gauge bandage, first aid tape, or a towel. Be sure not to tie the compression on too tightly.
