Q1) Why revision in price ?
A1) The revision in price is due to growth and movement of our business from non excisable commodity to excisable commodity.
Q2) What is the revised MRP of the product ?
A2) The revised MRP of the product is:
400 ml - Rs. 625/- per bottle
800 ml - Rs. 1250/- per bottle
Q3) What is the Distribotor's purchase price (DPP) of the product ?
A3) 400 ml - Rs. 532.50 per bottle.
800 ml - Rs.1065/- per bottle.
Note: Product is sold in pack only.
Q4) What is the product pack cost for Distributors ?
A4) 400 ml - Rs. 3195/-
800 ml - Rs. 3195/-
Q5) What is the cost of Business Tool Pack ?
A5) There is no change in the price of Business Tool Pack and the price is Rs.1450/-.
Q6) What should I do If I have already done online sign up but payment not made ?
A6) For all the online sign ups upto 27th April, 2006 you can pay the DD upto 29th April, 2006 at the old rate and the Company will bear the Excise
Duty.
Q7) What is the last date for receiving the payment by the Company ?
A7) DD's made upto 29th April, 2006 should reach the Company upto maximum 4th May, 2006.
Q8) What should I do if not signed up online but I have cash in hand ?
A8) Collecting cash from the Distributor is not encouraged by the Company, That is not our system. You have to sign up online and make DD as per The revised price.
Q9) What is the retail profit I shall get ?
A9) Rs. 185/- per 800 ml bottle.
Rs. 92.50 per 400 ml bottle.
Q10) What is the investment amount for new DSP ?
A10) Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only).
Q11) How do I sell my existing stock with old MRP ?
A11) We have sent the new price sticker to you to paste it on the bottle and sell.
Q12) What happens in case DSP has already raised the invoice but not delivered The product ?
A12) If the Invoice is raised before 27th April, 2006 the Company will honour the sale at old price. You have to submit the print out of the online sign up form

For all the past online signups and online product orders done upto 27th April 2006 and DD’s made on 29th April 2006 for the same, the company will bear the difference in revised prices as a special gesture from our chairman Dr. P.I. Peter to honor the request of our leaders, distributors and members of Noni Family.
You can send the DD in the old rate dated 29th April 2006 with the computer printout of your online new distributor signups and online product order.
The DD should reach the company before 4th May 2006. DD’s without online form will not be accepted.
Please do not delay your action.
Act immediately to support your team and tell everyone in your team about this good gesture.
(This means Noni Family will honor all the online signups and online product orders done by you upto 27th April 2006. If you send your payment with DD dated 29th April 2006 it should reach company before 4th May 2006)
This is to inform all our distributors of Noni Family that we are constrained to revise the price of our Indian Noni, as our product is now being covered as an excisable commodity. We have to pay excise duty and also bear the subsequent increase in sales tax and distributors’ retail profit.
As true and conscious citizens it is our obligation to pay the duties and taxes due to our Government. So let us be proud to pay excise duty for Indian Noni
Let us understand and celebrate that Indian Noni is still costs less compared to international brands, as our Noni is four times concentrate than many of the international brands.
