8 July 2008 was a special day in everyone’s life, who were present in the special training programme conducted by our Beloved Chairman Prof. P I Peter.

The day was introduced with a great news of introduction of two very senior scientist Dr. Mathivanan from Madras University and Dr. Sithanantham an international scientist with 40 years of experience from our Noni Research Team (World Noni Research Foundation-WNRF) visiting to different countries like Hawai, Tahiti, Donga, Fiji, Australia and many other countries to expand our research network, establishment, validation and partnering the scientific researches being carried out in the Noni Map across the globe.

Our Beloved Chairman has presented the Special Gift in form of a powerful workshop on Financial Freedom- “How to manage the money physically” for all those 5 stars who attended the product training programme.This Unique workshop has literally made everyone to commit to properly manage their money and for everyone it was a first time in the Life time.Every body became so secured and confident about getting their Financial Freedom by properly managing the money and learned the true definition of Financial Freedom.

The day was power packed with a special wellness session on the food habits and poisons to avoid by our chairman.

PURPOSE:

The purpose of setting and running of a Noni House is to empower every team member of the house to achieve life success to live a life of health, wealth and happiness.

NONI HOUSE FORMATION AND OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL:

1. The senior or the earning leader who initiates the New House is called as the Captain (C) of the House who is willing to take responsibility of the success of his members.

2. Every House Captain should select 4 active leaders as Vice-Captains(VC) for his/her house to function, one VC each for the following -
i. Product.
ii. Business.
iii. Life.
iv. Administration

3. Four Vice-Captains should operate in ONE particular District.

4. The Noni House Captain can handle any no. of houses where he can support.

5. Every Vice Captain would take responsibility of one area of expertise in rotation of 3 months (As referred in point-2 )

6. Noni House Captain is responsible for empowering, teaching, training the 4 Vice Captains and his team members about product, business, life and administration

7. NH Captain must fully learn about the product, business and Life ( the science of Get Whatever You Want Concept )and administration – to make himself able to teach 4 Vice-Captains.

8. Plan the first 3 months

9. Organize One Special Meeting Every week -you may cover product, life and business appropriately.

10. Fix up FOUR meeting places in your district every month- (4 meetings x 3 months) = 12 meetings in 3 month.

11. Register the meetings details in the website e.g – Place, Date ,Venue, time, type of meeting, Speaker etc. by visiting our website www.nonifamily.net > Noni house

12. Every month you should cover Product, Business, Life sessions appropriately based on your team requirement.

13. In product meet – only speak about product and give product training– First you can start speaking about Noni Fruit then Noni Gold – then as per the planned product category.

14. All 199 products must be available in the product meeting display.

15. One or two ranges of product line to be selected for education etc.

19. Based on the time taken for demonstration, you can combine one or more range of products for training but all the areas must be covered in one month minimum once also it can be repeated any no.of times based on the requirement.

20. All the product catalogues must be available during the product session.

21. Every team member should know, get trained and should able to speak about all the products.

22. In every training programme – the next training date and venue must be announced.( you can fix up the home meetings dates and places and announce as well)

23. In the weekly trainings only the Vice-Captains under the guideline of captain has to speak about the products.

24. Subsequently individuals or groups or subgroup should meet in home or a fixed venue to train team members or to allow the team members to speak – team members can come prepared for particular product demonstration and present in the group (products to be presented by the individual can be declared by the captain/product vice-captain in advance)

25. Focus on the product use – one can speak better about the product,only if he/she uses the product- So…must use the product.

26. While giving the product demo, the product packing type, weight, DPP price, MRP and NV/NP must be clearly spoken.

27. Educate regarding Noni Volume (NV) and Noni Point(NP) and how it counts in the sales

28. Ordering procedure should be educated.

HOW TO START A NONI HOUSE:

29. The Noni House Captain to be selected

30. The Noni House Captain to be trained thoroughly on product, business and Life (the science of Get Whatever You Want Concept) and administration.

31. The Noni House Captain has to select his/her 4 Vice-Captains from his team who are self starters. While selecting Vice-captain the captain should take care to appropriately select from his both the legs (left and right) for him to focus on the Vice-Captains financial growth inturn Captain can achieve his/her own financial success.

32. After selection, the Captains/Vice-captain should register himself in the Noni House Project by filling up an online form available in the website in the Noni House link and get his/her House registration code. After getting the House Code he/she would be able to register/upload and update the meeting details in the website.

33. Captains must prepare a definite plan for the Vice-captains to earn money by properly concentrating their left and right teams.

34. Four Vice-captains to be trained on Product, Business, Life and Administration areas by the Captain and Senior Leaders in his line of Sponsorship.

35. Four Vice-Captain must be from One Particular District of the State and focus on the same district only to be able meet at an frequent interval for planning and to review the activities and progress made.

36. Responsibility of Noni House Captain and 4 Vice-Captains is to organize the regular meets in that district as per the protocol (one meeting every week)

37. Arranging logistics, publishing in the website and managing the meetings is the responsibility of Vice-Captain (Administration) – in coordination with the Captain and senior leaders.

38. In this way every district and every city/town would have regular and fixed dates and time of meeting which is announced much in advance in the website so that any body in India can promote that particular meeting.

39. The Noni House Captain and the 4 Vice-Captains should have total selfless service, even they should not know or try to know to which team the participants/guests belongs to except if he/she is invited by himself or his team member and neither should entertain any talk on cross team and own team etc.( this will ensure the success of the house and house captain and his entire team.)

40. Support the new distributors to qualify immediately (Focus on new distributor’s qualification )

41. The meeting can be conducted in any clean good clean place Not necessarily in a Hotel, it can be in a school, college, club or anywhere that can accommodate 20 people.

42. The captain and 4 vice captains are responsible for inviting minimum 20 people into the weekly meeting - 4 guests each x 5 (C &VC) = 20 guests and additional guests shall be by the invitation of your team members and can also be from any other team also.

43. Make sure every organized weekly meet should be uploaded in the website for wider publication.

44. Make sure to organize the meeting Noni Family Style – Give your guests a Good First Impression.

45. Donot wait for people to come – start sharp on time announced ( In special cases not later than 30 minutes) – inform the already arrived guest about the planned starting time – keep them occupied with Noni Health Success Video (Vol-1)-Play the video sharp on the announced time.

46. The announced meeting (between 30 days from the current day) has to be organized at any cost – must be updated on the website on its completion within 72hrs.

47. Dress clean and professional and dress code to be followed by the team members – dress like a business man

49. Use appropriate Banners, tools- used by the company (designs shall be provided by the company to have similarity everywhere in India)
