Follow these basic cell phone etiquettes while making calls:

 When you are a caller:

• If a person is not taking your call even after 5-6 rings, kindly disconnect the phone and call back after 5 minutes. Kindly do not continuous full rings! It is found that a cell phone call is attended within the first 3 to 4 rings itself!

• If a person is not taking your call even when you have called him back after 5 minutes, he genuinely may not be able to speak to you due to some reasons. In this case, kindly leave a SMS that you had called him. You may either make a request to call back or mention the time on which you will call him back.

• If the cell phone of the person whom you want to speak is ‘busy’ (as he is on the other call) kindly do not keep on calling and calling, repeatedly. Practice patience and kindly allow him to finish his existing call and call after a gap of at least 5 minutes. Most of us make the mistake of calling the same number repeatedly in spite of that cell being busy. Gap of 5 minutes is very important.

• If it is you who want to speak to a person, please make a call and speak to him YOURSELF from your phone! Kindly do not make unauthorized ‘indecent missed calls’ and make the other person speak, when it is YOU who want to speak! You cribbing that your ‘Missed Calls’ are not returned does not hold any water as it speaks low about you!

• In some occasions the person whom you are calling may authorize ‘Missed Calls’ by you saying ‘ just give me a missed call and I shall get back to you’! Well, many consider this as a license for them to give innumerable ‘Missed Calls’ but it is always recommended to maintain your posture strong by calling yourself, from your phone! Kindly note, the cost of telecommunication is reduced by almost 90%! What will cost you anyway?

• Never send a SMS without mentioning your name. It makes no difference to the receiver when he receives it without your name! Shall we call it SMS SPAM? You may take it for granted that you are a part of his ‘Phone Book’ but there is always a chance that you may not be listed there or he must have deleted your name if you are not one among the frequent callers.

• Kindly do not forward any SMS to someone without you deleting the name of the person who has sent it to you! It looks really odd when you send a beautiful SMS but with someone else’s name at the end!

When you are a Receiver:

• If you are receiving a call and if you are not able to attend it, kindly ensure that you send a ‘SMS’ expressing your inability to do so! You can do it easily as most of the cell phones do have ‘sample SMSs’ already. You do not have to key in.

• Always call back at your earliest when you have a ‘missed call’. It always speaks well on your part to do so.

Monthly Retailing

Noni Family Wellness Programme officially announces the need (requirement) to retail (sell) minimum one pack of Noni Fruit Juice Concentrate per month to be eligible to earn commissions  as a Marketing distributor  and as a Stockist distributor with effect from    1^st April 2009.

This announcement is done in the interest of all the marketing and stockist distributors to ensure their continuous and steady increase in income.

Explanation - 1

A distributor shall qualify for the team sales count and commissions for following month by purchasing one pack in the current month.

Your purchase invoice should be dated on or before the last working day of the month and same should reach the Warehouse / RDC / Company on or before 7^th of the following month. 

If the Invoice of the previous month has not reached on or before 7^th as mentioned above, the System (Computer Software) will not count the team sales for one month starting from 11^th of the month to the 10^th of the following month.

If a distributor purchases minimum one pack in a particular month, he/ she will be eligible for sales count and for commissions for one month starting from 11^th of the following month.

Personal purchases made by you will be counted all the time.

There will not be flushing of any sales counted by the system.

Please note that there is no change in the existing Commission structure which includes steps count and step amount, orbit rate and orbit amount, qualifying and requalifying criteria

This requirement is applicable only to the marketing and stockist distributors.

Explanation -2

You shall purchase minimum one pack in the month of April 2009 to be eligible for sales count and commission from 11th May to 10th June 2009

Your Purchase Invoice for April 2009 should reach Warehouse / RDC / Company before 7th of May 2009.

If you do not purchase or if your April 2009 Invoice does not reach the Warehouse / RDC /Company before 7th of May 2009 the System will not count your team sales from 11th May to 10th June 2009

Please qualify yourself for earning team sales count and commissions month after month with your personnel purchase of minimum one pack a month.

Unpaid sales count at the end of the active month will be carried over to the beginning of the next active month for the payment of commission. ( ie. If you had 40 unpaid sales on 10th May 2009 and if you are not qualified for sales count and commission for May 2009, these sales will be carried forward to the month you qualify for the sales count and commission.

The above system will not be applicable for sales count and commission for the period of 1^st April 2009 to 10^th May 2009.
