Our conventional ‘Greeting Etiquettes’ teach us to greet others by saying Good
Morning, God Day, Good Afternoon, Good Evening and Good Night depending on the
time of our meeting. This is great!
But, our body and mind is fresh and relaxed when we wake up in the morning after
a good night sleep. In the morning, our energy level is very high and we are
ready to begin the day with great spirit and enthusiasm. However, as the day
progresses our mind gets filled with the same old day-to-day stress and both our
mind and body get tired! Most of the times our afternoons, evenings and nights
are not as good as we want them to be!
We at Empower India Movement and Indian Noni Family are Powerful people! We use
