If you own 5 acres of land you can apply as a Wellness Cultivator with Divine Noni Cultivation Council (INCC) by submitting the filled Application for Divine Noni Wellness Cultivation programme and by paying an amount of Rs.5000/-per acre as a refundable advance commitment fee. On receipt of the payment our Agri Technical team shall visit your field for technical evaluation and guidance. Then send the balance of Rs.10,800/- per acre within 60 days of the first payment towards Divine Noni Wellness Cultivation programme. It is necessary to sign the Noni Cultivation agreement and complete the necessary legal formalities. This agreement must be signed expressing your willigness to abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the programme.

As a Wellness Cultivator you will be earning the profits from your own harvest by supplying the fruits to the Divine Noni Cultivation council as per the agreement.

You also can earn additional income as harvest bonus by participating in the Wellness cultivation programme. Participation in Wellness plan is based upon the harvesting and supply of fruit made by you to the council and other Cultivators of your cultivation network, provided you meet the qualifying requirement. 

Harvest Bonus Plan

Noni Wellness cultivation programme is the most dynamic, powerful and unique Harvest Bonus plan introduced for the first time in the world agro industry, making monthly payouts for the harvesting and supply of Noni fruit made by its Cultivators.

This simply means that you have to build and develop two cultivators teams by introducing Cultivators on the first and on the second side of your cultivation Harvest Unit(HU). You start building one Noni Cultivator network that begins on the left side of your cultivation Harvest Unit and one team that begins on the second side of your cultivation Harvest Unit by introducing cultivation and also by harvesting and supplying fruits to the council. You then help your cultivators to follow what you did.

All harvest bonus will be paid only on qualifying for the harvest bonus by introducing two Cultivators and each Cultivator supplying 1000kgs (1 tonne) each of Noni Fruit.from their Cultivated Land in addition to the supply of 1000kgs of Fruits from your own Cultivated land.Once you are qualified you are eligible for Harvest bonus for the harvest and fruit supply made by  your cultivators team. You will not be paid any harvest bonus for introducing Cultivators.

All additional sponsorship of cultivators beyond the first two will automatically be placed by the system in the next available position underneath other Cultivators in your team, either on extreme left or extreme right as chosen by you.

For every  one tonne ( 1000kg) supply of your own harvested fruit shall be taken as one harvest count and will be counted in your harvest volume in the weaker count and supply of fruit made by your cultivators will be counted for the harvests volume for the cultivator and for the senior cultivators.

This revolutionary system can potentially produce tremendous income for you and your cultivators team, form solid relationship and team work due to the fact that any cultivators  fruit supply who is in your team, regardless of whether you sponsored them directly or they were placed into your team by the efforts of other Cultivators above you, counts as harvests volume to you. All you have to  do in order to qualify to earn is to introduce two cultivators for Noni cultivation and maintain a balance of  harvests count in your cultivation. Harvest Unit by having having a minimum of 1/3 harvest count in one team and 2/3 harvests count in the other. There is no time limit to qualify to earn harvest bonus.

Qualifying for Harvest Bonus-

You can qualify to start earning harvest bonus after the harvesting of fruit and supplying to the council and by making two sponsorship of Cultivators; one must be placed in each of your two teams. Please  note that your team harvest volume will be counted for paying harvest bonus only after you qualify.

In order to maintain your cultivator ship in the Wellness Cultivation you must renew the Wellness Cultivation agreement every year.

There is no renewal fees or renewal qualification.

How to Earn?

Step 1

Level 1

When you personally introduce 2 Cultivators, and they supply one ton of fruit (1 tonne = 1000kg) each  in addition to your own supply of One tonne/s of fruit, you qualify to earn harvest bonus  (one on left and one on the right).You will earn a  harvest bonus of Rs.1000/- for these supply.

Level 2

When you make your next 3 tonnes of harvest/supply of fruit (Harvests/supply  made by you and by your cultivating team members) one tonne on one side, 2 tonnes on the other side, down in your team (for a total of 5 ton harvest), you will earn a harvest bonus of additional Rs.1000/- (total accumulated earning of Rs.2000/- for 5 tonnes)

Level 3

When you make your next 4 tonnes harvest, one ton on one side, 3 tonnes on the other side, down in your cultivators' network (for a total of 9 tonne harvests) you will earn a harvest bonus of Rs.1500/- (total accumulated earning of Rs.3500/- for first 9 tonnes of Noni fruit supply ).

Step 2

You create an additional 9 tonnes of Team harvest /supply down in your Cultivators' network (for a total of 18 tonnes of  supply) with a minimum of 1/3 of those supply (3 tonnes) on one Cultivators Team. You have now completed step 2 and will again earn Rs.3500/-  as harvest bonus. Now you have an accumulated earning of  Rs.7000/- for 18 tonnes of supply )

Step3

You create an additional 9 tonnes of Team supply anywhere in your Cultivator  team (for a total of 27 tonnes of supply) with a minimum of 1/3 of those supply (3 tonnes ) on one  Cultivators' Team. You have now completed step 3 and will again earn Rs. 3500/- as harvest bonus. Now you have an accumulated earning of Rs.10500/- for 27 tonnes of supply).

Step4

You create an additional 9 tonnes of team supply anywhere in your Cultivator team (for a total of 36 tonnes of supply) with a minimum of 1/3 of those supply (3 tonnes) on one Cultivators' Team. You have now completed step 4 and will again earn Rs.3500/- as harvest bonus. Now you have an accumulated earning of Rs.14,000/- for 36 tonnes of supply.

Step5

You create an additional 9 tonnes of team supply anywhere in your Cultivator team (for a total of 45 tonnes of supply) with a minimum of 1/3 of those supply (3 tonnes) on one Cultivators' Team. You have now completed step 5 and will again earn Rs.3500/- as harvest bonus. Now you have an accumulated earning of Rs.17500/- for 45 tonnes of supply.

Step 6

You create an additional 5 tonnes of team supply anywhere in your Cultivators team (for a total supply of 50 tonnes) with a minimum of approx. 1/3 of those supply (2 tonnes) on one Cultivators' Team. You have now completed step 6 and will again earn Rs.3500/- as harvest bonus. Now you have an accumulated earning of Rs.21,000/- for 50 tonnes of supply.

On completing step 6 you have effectively completed a full supply orbit and the process of calculating harvest bonus begins again. There is no flushing of  harvest count which means any unpaid harvest count are held indefinitely by the programme until you achieve balance necessary in order to pay harvest bonus for those supplies/harvests. There is no time limit to complete steps or orbits.

When you and your cultivator network collectively make additional supply /harvests after the first orbit in steps or in orbits with at least 1/3 of those supplies/harvests took place in one  Team and the balance of 2/3 supply/harvests took place in the other Team, you would be paid harvest bonus as per the monthly orbit rate or part thereof for steps (proportionate). There are no limits as to the number of steps or orbits you can achieve during the pay period which ends on the last day of the month.

Please note that there can never be any guarantees with respect of income that can be earned by a cultivator. All  harvest bonus earned are solely upon the supply of fruits and harvest volume created by the individual cultivator and his cultivator team.

Soil and maintenance and may vary marginally from place to place. The above Calculation is based on average yielding as-3rd year-10kgs, 4th year-20kgs, 5th year year-30-kgs, 6th year 40 kgs , 7th year-60kgs, 8th year-75kgs, 9th year 90kgs, 10th year-100kgs, 11th year-120 kgs.
