The Company has Opened Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) and
Warehouses for speedy delivery of stocks to DSPs. This has
further encouraged DSPs to open with smaller investments and
smaller security deposit. The Company has increased the
commission on the main product Indian Divine Noni . The
Company has introduced 168 more products, which will assure
any DSP to have bigger turnover.
If you are one of the very few who have been selected for the DSP, your team is better placed to fly high.

A Noni Family Business Distributor who wishes to have a DSP has to fillup the prescribed Application Form and forward the same to the
Company with the enclosures. (Applicant should be a registered dealer under the local Sales Tax act and Central Sales Tax act).
The Company will scrutinise/verify the application and the approval for appointment of the DSP will be communicated by a separate letter. The Company’s decision is final in acceptance/rejection of application for DSP.
The DSP will sign an Agency Agreement and send the signed agreement to the Company with the Demand Draft drawn from a
Nationalized Bank or a Foreign Bank favouring Noni Family Business payable at Chennai, only to the following address.

retain Rs.5000/- as retention for security and will despatch the
stock for balance money as per the DSPs order, along with Report
Form Books, and DSP Tools Kit as free gift, from nearest RDC
or Local Warehouse.
The DSP has to issue from 'F' (Sales Tax form) to WebFund
Foundation Pvt. Ltd every month in case the Company has to
despatch the Stock through Stock Transfer Notes.
When a Noni pack is sold to the Noni distributor by the DSP on receipt of Rs.3825/-, it is treated as a Sale and Sales Tax
/VAT at rates prescribed by the Local authorities has to be paid to the Sales Tax Department by the DSP every month.
Though the DSP is introduced as a support system to improve and serve the network/team of distributors, pays Rs.
100/- per Noni pack and 50 per BTP as Agency commission to the DSP.
Commission on other products will be paid at the rates listed is
Company's Price lists. Please understand that DSPs are offered
only to serve your team members and to increase your Network
Commission income many fold.
