1. You (a Noni Distributor) have to register a proprietorship firm or a partnership company and obtain VAT/Sales Tax and C.S.T. Registration certificates.

2. You shall fill and send DSP Application Form (Appendix 11 in original) attached with Local VAT/Sales Tax (Notarised), Central Sales Tax Registration Certificate copies (Notarised) & Firm Registration certificate (Notarised) along with Road permits for the places as specified by authorities (3 copies original).

3. Company will prepare and send the Agency Agreement to you for signing and return it.

4. You shall return Agency Agreement duly signed on all pages with your company seal, along with the Demand Draft for dispatch of the products.

5. Company will send products and  DSP Tools Kits as free gift and Report Form Books, through a reputed Transport Company having Express Cargo Service, freight pre-paid, for door delivery to the DSP.
