Noni known as Indian mulberry (Morinda citrifolia) is an
evergreen shrub or small tree that grows 10-20 feet
height. The leaves are thick, shiny, dark green, and
deeply veined. The fruits have an unusual shape and about
2-4 inches long, ovoid, and yellowish-white, and become
quite soft at maturity.
Soil, Climate and Temperature :
Can be grown in adverse climatic conditions, even it grows
well in any type of degraded and unfertile land with any
type of soil. Performs very well in sandy loam soil.

Tolerates to saline, alkaline, water logging, severe

years weeding has to be done manually whenever
required.

Normally Noni crop is resistant to pest and diseases. However
if require it can be controlled easily by organic
pesticides.
